About The Event
Harbor Christian Church is inviting you to join us for an evening of delicious food, lively entertainment, holiday music, and community fun!
As the holiday season fast approaches, Harbor Christian Church finds itself extremely grateful to our FRIENDS and NEIGHBORS! We've spent time this year reflecting on how our extended community has positively impacted the work we do. Because of your support, presence, care and knowledge, we are able to show up in our community in powerful ways.
This year, we are reflecting on the hard work we have put into our climate action ministry called Blue Theology, and we are grateful to each of you for your support and presence.
To celebrate this hard work and to prepare for an exciting future, we have put together an evening of holiday magic and fun! We sincerely hope that you will join us for this event so that we can say thank you for the way you show up for our community and our ministries.  We also hope you'll enjoy learning about the ways that you can continue to support our ministries.
What to Expect:
- Excellent food: Pasta bar, garlic bread, salads, appetizers, and desserts (gluten free, and vegetarian options will be available)
- Family Style Entertainment: We hope you'll enjoy experiencing the talent of our community, and some of our goofiness as well. You'll hear from people of all ages (4-97 years) as we help you get into the holiday spirit!
- A Look at our Work--Past and Future: We can't wait to share with you some of the amazing work we have done to launch our Blue Theology program. We look forward to sharing videos and stories from this good work. We also are excited to share what your new and continuing financial gifts are going to help us build in 2024!
- Honoring one of our own: Each year we honor someone in our community who is making a big difference in our ministries. This year we are proud to honor Stanley Ackelson, long time member, former Treasurer, and current Trustee.  Stanley has also been a beloved volunteer through the years, most recently with our Blue Theology program and our regional camp ministry.Â
Dress Code: All are welcome just as they are but for those who would like to know, our community generally uses this event as an opportunity to dress up a bit in a whole range of holiday styles.Â
